Internazionale Milano or well-known as Inter Milan is a football team established at 9 March 1908. It belongs to Milan, the mode city of Italy. The name "Inter" was taken by founding members as the sign that they hoped the club will accept players internationally from around the world as well as Italians. Its basic jersey consists of black and blue (Nerazzuri in Italian Language). It's why the team often called "Nerazzuri". Inter's first captain was Hernst Manktl - a Switzerland player.
Inter have won 17 scudetti at 1909/10, 1919/20, 1929/30, 1937/38, 1939/40, 1952/53, 1953/54, 1962/63, 1964/65, 1965/66, 1970/71, 1979/80, 1988/89, 2005/06, 2006/07, 2007/08, ,2008/09. The latests are the 4 time consecutive champion from 2005/06 to 2008/09 after 17 years struggling against their fierce rivals such as Milan and Juventus. Inter have also won UEFA Champions Cup (former UEFA Champions League) twice at 1963/64 and 1964/65. This time was the beginning of Inter's Great Era. And, at the same time Inter also won Intercontinental Cup at 1964 and 1965. Beside them all, Inter have also won Italian Cup (Coppa Italia) 5 times, Italian Super Cup 4 times, and UEFA Cup 3 times.
